Dr. D. Pradeep Kumar is a Professor of Management with an MBA (1988) and a Ph.D. in Strategic Marketing (2004) from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He has over 36 years of experience, including six years in industry and 30 years in academia at institutions such as ISSR Vellore, KSRMCE Kadapa, and MITS. His areas of expertise include Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing. He has authored 4 books with leading publishers, published and presented more than 50 papers in reputed journals and conferences, and guided 10 Ph.D. scholars. He has organized AICTE-funded national and international conferences, delivered numerous guest lectures, and chaired technical sessions. He is a Member of the Board of Studies for AITS, Rajampet, SSGS College, Guntakal and JNTUA, Anantapuram.

Dr. D. Pradeep Kumar has played key roles in institutional development, serving as Chief Coordinator for PAARC, NAAC Coordinator, Chief NBA Coordinator, and as a Member of the Board of Governors (BoG), Executive Member, Academic Council Member, R&D Ethics Committee Member, MITS R&D Steering Committee Member, R&D Cell Formation Committee Member, and IPR Cell Committee Member. He has successfully completed an AICTE-funded Skill and Personality Development Program for SC/ST students for Rs. 18.53 lakh and serves as Editor-in-Chief of MIJBR besides reviewing for international journals. He has represented MITS in international academic forums in Hungary, South Africa, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.
