Internal Complaint Committee Mechanism
MITS has started a Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) to provide a mechanism to Students and Staff for redressal of their grievances on academic, non-academic matters, Admissions & Examinations. The Vice-Principal – Admissions is nominated as the Co-ordinator for the Grievance Redressal Cell. The grievance can be lodged online at the website or send through e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to "The Coordinator-GRC, MITS, Madanapalle - 517325". For each grievance, reported to the Cell a committee will be constituted under the Chairmanship of the Principal and he shall nominate the appropriate members as per. The committee is empowered to co-opt other members as per the type and nature of the grievance and the situation.
Grievance Redressal Committee at Programme Level
The Head of the particular department and the concerned faculty members shall be the co-opted members. Coordinator-GRC will chair the meeting for the same.
Grievance Redressal Committee at Institute Level
The Principal will nominate the co-opt members as per the type and the nature of the grievance and the situation. Coordinator-GRC will chair the meeting for that particular matter.
