Innovation is the only constant for successful business organisations. The new rule of the game is to innovate or perish. Business firms are forced to innovate new products and services, new management strategies, methods and practices to outperform competitors. Innovative ideas require a conducive environment, employees require to adopt divergent thinking and managers need to create and harness innovation in their organisation. Ordinary organisations have to churn themselves to become innovative organisations.
